This is the 2nd time we’ve let Nova run rampant around the obliteration room but this time with a good camera in hand and in a tutu. The first time we visited she ran around in circles for about an hour squealing in excitement with her friend Nimi (2yrs) following chase. (It really is that awesome!) You get given a sheet of stickers when you arrive to stick around the room, but instead of Nova sticking them around the room, the room decided to stick them to Nova. At first this was cute, but then she’d try to eat them and I ended up having mini panic attacks trying to stop her munching on plastic.
At first entering the room I felt soooo dizzy! It really plays with your sense of depth and spacial awareness. I visited quite a few weeks into this exhibition so the room is really blanketed in colourful dots. This makes a lot of items around the room totally camouflage and it was fun watching them suddenly materialise in front of you. It’s quite an experience so make sure you don’t miss out on seeing and participating in this amazing exhibition.

Here is Nova with her Papa (Dylan), admiring the lights. She is so obsessed with lights that we actually take her on trips to Bunnings or Mitre 10 to visit the lighting isle.
